The new Wahlberg DMX-controlled winches are available in many sizes and weight loads. These include loads from 1Kg (2.2lbs) up to 50Kg (110lbs). This should be able to handle most of your rigging needs. In addition, these winches are DMX-controlled, meaning that motorized flying effects can be cued from your DMX lighting console.
These winches are not limited to flying fabric. Wahlberg DMX Winches can also offer scenery automation effects and lift other lightweight objects like chandeliers and light scenic pieces for your church's upcoming Christmas productions. Specific speeds, set positions, and trim points can now be programmed via your lighting console. You can create fully automated contour curtains where each lift line in the drape can be controlled independently for different shapes and effects. You can also animate fabric panels or other lightweight elements. This is all accomplished at great speed and low noise.
The Winch 10 LX model allows electrical power to be run down the lifting cable. This enables you to power the scenic piece without worry of tangling dangerous electrical lines. This is very useful for light boxes, lightweight video screens, and other scenic pieces that require electrical power.
