In 2020, church design “can, and should, be both beautiful and functional.”
The legendary art director and graphic artist, Paul Rand, was credited with saying that design is everything. The line above in quotation marks is also attributed to Rand, in talking about design in general. Even though Rand came to prominence in the decades following WWII, his beliefs still prove relevant, and they certainly ring true for church design.
