“It's a great overall broadcast camera!” Evan Harper is talking about Panasonic’s AK-PLV100 4K CineLive 4K Studio Camera. As Executive Director of Experience at Action Church in Orlando Florida, Harper and his team tried out the PLV100 as part of a Church Production Road Test User Experience.

The team at Action Church used the camera for worship services and for their Momentum Student Conference. Harper says like most churches they’re often relying on volunteers who have little or no experience with production gear and he says the PLV100 makes that so much easier. While they were test-driving the camera, a few volunteers who had been traveling came back to a nice surprise.
Harper describes their reaction: “As soon as they got on it, they were like, ‘Well, this is a nice camera. This is easy to use. I love the controls. I love the monitor. I love how clean this all is! It's got an autofocus. It's fantastic!’ That experience and that's what you hope to see in a worshiping church environment, is someone that doesn't have any experience with cameras enjoy their experience on a Sunday, getting to be a part of the bigger picture.”
