Gracelife Church road-tested the Cinamaker Director Studio for Church Production Magazine. Trevor Paz is the technical director at the church located in Lincoln, California near Sacramento. It’s a small church with 150 to 250 members, non-denominational and modern, with a full live band.
Cinamaker Director Studio is an all-in-one video production software platform that allows users to switch between audio and video sources for recording and live streaming their services --- including iPhones, iPads, and digital cameras. It also serves as a multi-camera switcher to connect and control up to eight iPhones and digital cameras for live streaming, recording, and editing. It’s also online-meeting-compatible.
“I think it would streamline a lot of things for people to use Cinamaker Director because everything's already built in and set up, and the kinks are already worked out for you,” Paz says. “Making the transition from OBS to Cinema Director Studio for streaming was pretty straightforward, and in some regards was a little bit simpler… You just connect the account on Facebook in the Cinamaker Director Studio app on your iPad, and it's ready to go.
