The Nanlite Forza 500B II is a compact and lightweight yet powerful bi-color LED spotlight that was designed for professional production. It offers 67320 Lux (6254 fc) at 1 meter with an adjustable CCT range of 2700K–6500K. The light boasts durable construction and provides several control options including Bluetooth, 2.4G, and DMX/RDM. It features a frosted glass-protected COB and a redesigned yoke. The Control Unit can run on AC power or side-mounted V-Mount batteries.
With a high CRI rating of 96 and TLCI of 97, the 500B II delivers accurate and reliable color rendering. The innovative WW(RG) LED source and light-mixing chamber enable easy green-to-magenta shift adjustments by +/- 80. The Forza 500B II inherits advancements from the Forza II line, including a 16% smaller Control Unit that can operate on a single V-Mount battery.
It's compatible with a wide range of Bowens Mount modifiers, and a 55° reflector is included. The optional FL-20G Fresnel provides increased output. The curved yoke enables 360° rotation and greater tilting range for larger modifiers, and an umbrella mount adds more light-shaping options.
Fine-tuned dimming in 0.1% increments is achievable, and the head fan offers multiple modes for noise control. A redesigned padded carrying case provides better protection, while a USB port allows firmware updates and can power wireless DMX receivers.
Despite its compact size of 15.7 x 9.1 x 5.6", the Forza 500B II delivers impressive output.
