As the largest professional audiovisual trade show in North America, InfoComm is a key date on the industry calendar. Attended by thousands of integrators and other AV professionals from across the country and around the world, it provides a unique opportunity for networking, learning, and discovering new products. ADJ announces the company’s booth will provide a dynamic showcase of both brand new and recently released products, providing a hands-on opportunity for visitors to explore the company’s latest lighting technology.
Making its official debut at the show will be the brand-new Encore LP12Z IP. This weatherproof IP65-rated zooming LED par fixture is equipped with 12 x 20-Watt 4-in-1 RGBL color mixing LEDs, offering a wide selection of colors to choose from, including 64 built-in color macros and tunable white control (2700K to 6500K). The inclusion of a lime chip, alongside the primary red, green, and blue colors, allows for an increased color palette as well as a higher CRI (84.4), ensuring natural skin tones and enhanced depth. The fixture also features motorized zoom, providing the ability to remotely control the lighting coverage, for a variable field angle of between 9 and 50-degrees.
Also on ADJ’s InfoComm booth will be the new Focus Spot 7Z. As the latest addition to ADJ’s Focus Series of LED-driven moving heads, this recently released fixture features an efficient 420W white light LED engine, which has its light focused through precision-engineered optics to generate a potent and even output of 20,000 Lumens. The fixture features a comprehensive suite of beam-shaping tools to make it versatile. These include motorized focus, iris and zoom (6° ~ 48°) as well as smooth electronic dimming and variable speed strobing (1-20Hz). CMY mixing allows selection of a gamut of colors, while a variable CTO flag offers white light output with color temperature variable between 2,700K and 8,000K. There is also a separate color wheel with 7 dichroic slots (including High CRI and CTB) alongside two independent wheels, each with 7 slots for interchangeable and indexed rotating GOBOs. The fixture also features an indexed rotating animation wheel, two rotating prisms (4-facet circular and 6-facet linear) and two frost filters (light and heavy).
A bigger sibling to ADJ’s popular Focus Flex L7, the new Focus Flex L19 moving head will also be on display at InfoComm 2023. This LED wash-zoom offers an output of 7,814 Lumens and is capable of creating wash, beam and pixel effects. It features a wide zoom range of 5° ~ 50° and is powered by an array of nineteen potent 40-Watt 4-in-1 RGBL color mixing LEDs, each of which can be controlled independently. Through mixing the intensity of the four LED elements, a wide gamut of output colors can be created. The fixture features a convenient Virtual CMY mode, which allows control alongside native CMY color mixing fixtures using hardware/software CMY color picker tools. It also offers Virtual Foreground and Background Color Wheel control as well as white light output with variable color temperature of between 2700K and 10,000K. This can be accessed either via linear control or a collection of 10 presets. Meanwhile, through controlling the 19 LEDs independently, the fixture can be used to generate pixel-mapped effects and features a selection of in-built pixel animations to facilitate quick and effective programming.
Designed for a wide range of applications – including coffee shops, museums, restaurants and art galleries – that require a compact professional spotlight, InfoComm 2023 visitors will be able to view ADJ’s new Encore Profile Mini WW and Encore Profile Mini COLOR. These extremely compact, yet powerful, LED-driven ellipsoidal fixtures can be used with a choice of either a 15° - 30° or 25° - 50° manual zoom lens (sold separately). Both models are supplied with a size ‘E’ GOBO holder and offer smooth digital dimming as well as variable speed digital strobing. The WW version features a 40-watt LED source with a color temperature of 3000K and a high CRI of >98. Meanwhile, the COLOR version utilizes an LED engine comprised of 16 x 3.5W RGBWAL (red / green / blue / white / amber / lime) LEDs, which allows versatile color mixing with a CRI of >86.
Officially launched across the pond back in April at the Prolight + Sound exhibition, InfoComm will be the first US demonstration of a new LED solution from ADJ, which delivers completely wireless and IP-rated uplighting. Featuring four 20W 6-in-1 RGBAW+UV color mixing LEDs, an internal rechargeable battery, onboard wireless DMX and an IP54-rated ‘weatherproof’ outer casing with a sleek black finish, the Element H IP is a compact and versatile fixture. It is designed to allow uplighting of structures, foliage, or décor wherever it is required, indoors or outside in any weather conditions, and without the need to run power or control cables. The fixture is supplied as a set of six, in a durable flight case with on-board battery charging and a UC-IR wireless remote, as the Element H6 Pak. An alternative version, the Element H IP Chrome, featuring a polished chrome finish is also available, with six packs of this version available as the Element H6 Pak CHR.
Finally, InfoComm 2023 will see the official debut of a collection of uniquely shaped professional power distribution boxes called Accu-Cable Power Bones. These new additions to ADJ’s Accu-Cable range each feature a tough metal construction and convenient design featuring locking Seetronic IP65-rated power input and thru connectors on either end and two outputs on either side. Three versions are available: the Power Bone T1ED, which features four Edison output sockets; the Power Bone T1PC, which offers four Seetronic indoor-rated locking output sockets; and the Power Bone T1T1, which is equipped with four Seetronic IP65-rated locking output sockets. All three models also feature a pair of 5V USB power outlets as well as power indicator LEDs. In addition, the units are all supplied with a quick release locking omega bracket for secure truss mounting.
