Church Production LIVE! at 12Stone
TRIBE: Tech Team Summit and Regional Showcase Event at Atlanta's 12Stone Church are designed to help churches learn how to establish a reliable, long-term technical infrastructure and develop healthy, well-resourced production teams.
For the safety of everyone involved this event has been rescheduled for September 25-26, 2017 due to Hurricane Irma.
Church Production LIVE! at 12Stone Church is two events in one: a Regional Showcase Event focusing on 12Stone Church and TRIBE: Tech Team Summit. The two conferences will be collocated and one registration will include access to all sessions.
During the Showcase sessions, attendees will learn how 12Stone Church is reaching greater Atlanta with its eight campuses and will gain first-hand insight into how the church’s staffing strategy and technical infrastructure are efficiently and effectively supporting its growth. As an example, learn how 12Stone manages worship services at eight campuses with just eight technical staff members. The event will be held at 12Stone's newest campus in Snellville, Ga.
TRIBE: Tech Team Development Summit sessions will focus on helping churches maximize the health and success of their on-staff and volunteer production teams with peer-driven presentations from veteran production team leaders, networking opportunities and plenty of Q&A.
The event is sponsored by Digico, Meyer Sound, Arri and Sennheiser.

Solutions for Better IMAG and Multisite Video
Lighting for video is a distinct discipline with elements that may not be obvious to theatrical or concert lighting designers. Join Randy Read from Arri for a comprehensive session on how to achieve better looking video for IMAG, filmmaking or content distribution to video venues. Presented by TBD.
Intro to Sound System Design
The primary goal of sound system design is to evenly distribute sound to the listening audience at the appropriate volumes. However, it can quickly become overwhelming implementing the tools available to effectively achieve that goal. This presentation will lead participants through an overview of common loudspeaker types and how they are implemented in different sound system design applications. This presentation will also provide an overview of low frequency array types. Presented by Chris Moore, Meyer Sound.
Consistency Across Loudspeaker Designs for Multisite Venues
One of the challenges of multi-site churches can be creating consistency across multiple campuses. By standardizing equipment, you can create systems and workflows that help foster volunteer team growth and ensure high production standards. Presented by Chris Moore, and Daniel Rivera, Meyer Sound.
Using Wireless Systems in High-Density Environments
The expectations for wireless microphones and personal monitoring systems have never been higher. And their operating environment, especially in cities and other high-density situations, has never been more cluttered. Join us for a session on frequency coordination and wireless system design. Presented by TBD.
Choosing the Right Digital Audio Network
Discover the ins and outs of Dante, MADI, Optocore, Waves Soundgrid and AVB digital audio networks for church audio systems.
