"We started WorshipHouse in 2005 to provide a single place where churches can search for the style and message that fits their church. As a former pastor at a small church plant, I’m acutely aware of how it feels to operate with limited time and limited resources—we want to make this part of ministry easy." —Luke Miller, Director, WorshipHouse Media.

This year’s Capture Summit takes place July 25-27 at The John Maxwell Leadership Center at 12Stone Church in Atlanta. One of our Capture sponsors is WorshipHouse Media, the world’s largest library of mini movies, backgrounds, countdowns and other church media resources. We talked with WorshipHouse Media’s Director, Luke Miller, about the company’s involvement at Capture.
Capture: Tell us more about what WorshipHouse Media does?
Miller: We’re passionate about serving the media needs of The Church. We curate excellent resources from over 400 independent content creators and share with our audience of over 45,000 churches worldwide. We want to make it easy for churches of all sizes to use media to creatively communicate the gospel.
Capture: How did WorshipHouse Media get started?
Miller: There are so many options for media. We started WorshipHouse in 2005 to provide a single place where churches can search for the style and message that fits their church. As a former pastor at a small church plant, I’m acutely aware of how it feels to operate with limited time and limited resources - we want to make this part of ministry easy.
Capture: What will Capture attendees find when they visit the WorshipHouse Media booth?
Miller: We’re really excited to be sponsoring the Church Filmcraft Festival. We love church creatives and storytellers, and we want to support you as you grow your ministry. Come say hi and let us know how we can serve you and your church.
Capture: Describe one of the most interesting WorshipHouse Media projects?
Miller: We’re really excited to be premiering a mini movie from our friends at Playback Media and Media That Matters. The story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the furnace feels so relatable at times, and this new video is a reminder for our churches that God is with us in the fire. And we think it was worth the time and effort to find a place that would accommodate our pyrotechnics!
Capture: What’s something new a Capture attendee can learn about WorshipHouse Media?
Miller: We hope you’ll connect with us and learn a little more about our heart for churches, and maybe we can find a way to serve The Church together! If you’re a filmmaker or artist, we may be able to take what you’re creating and share it with churches around the country and the world. Let’s start a conversation!
