CAD Audio has released the new CADLive 4000 and 3000 wireless systems, which they say offer a high level of RF performance, audio quality and operational flexibility. The CADLive 4000 is a digital system, operating in the 902 and 928 MHz bands while the CADLive 3000 is analog, operating in the 500 and 600 MHz bands. Both include the company's CAD ScanLink technology which assists in the setup and linking between transmitters and receivers.
The CADLIve 4000 and 3000 systems utilize True Diversity operation to minimize multipath interference along with CADLock Automatic Tone Encoded Squelch to eliminate unauthorized transmissions in the signal path.
Equipped with a high definition LCD display and full RF, AF, Battery Life, Mic Sensitivity and RF power metering, the 4000 and 3000 system handheld transmitters feature all metal construction along with a CADLive D90 Supercardioid dynamic microphone capsule. The handheld and body pack transmitters also include CAD's SoftTouch multi-function On-Off/Mute switches.
As with the transmitters, receivers are housed in an all-metal chassis and supplied with single and dual rack ears and a BNC relocation kit. Body pack options include Equitek E19 earworn and E29 lavalier mics.
