The new PlanGrid Connect is an out-of-box, no-code platform that gives teams the flexibility to create custom integrations and enables real-time access to critical data with any application, the company reports.
Updates to PlanGrid's API (set of independent functionalities) allow information entered in Field Reports and Tasks to be exchanged between apps. In addition, new pre-built integrations enhance how safety records, RFIs and 3D files are shared to and from PlanGrid.

PlanGrid "Web Sheet Viewer" upgrade
The company also announces a full revamp of its PlanGrid Web Sheet Viewer to enhance the viewing experience for users. The new design reportedly provides more real estate to view sheets online, while its improved rendering engine allows for a 30x increase in zoom for a closer view of sheet details. According to the company, the upgrade also makes it easier to choose a specific markup when clicking on a layer or stack of markups.
